Our standard mainland UK dispatch service is 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) using either Royal Mail or a UK courier for larger items. However please allow longer as many items are produced to order. If you have an urgent requirement please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm stock availability and delivery costs.
Please note that Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days
Orders are posted Royal Mail first class or through a courier for larger items.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will take an extra day or two to arrive.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept orders for non-UK addresses on our website. We can however arrange delivery to Europe and ROW , please contact email@example.com to discuss further and place your order.
Custom orders may take longer to dispatch as they are made to order and require some design time.
Wherever possible packaging used is recycled or recyclable.
Cancellation and returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details.We will refund the original payment and any associated delivery charge. We do not refund any returns delivery charges on unwanted items. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment to prevent money laundering.
These cancellation rights do not apply to goods made to a customer’s specification (but not standard upgrades or variations).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged please notify us by emailing email@example.com, we will refund the returns postage for a replacement or full refund. Refunds may take up to 7 – 10 days upon receipt of the item to be processed.
